[Noise,
Experimental, Collage, Drone, Industrial]
A quiet summer’s night; a sleepy suburban housing tract; Terminal Sonic
Resources convened in a dank, concrete basement to cull from the eather
an improvised and often hallucinatory exorcism of electronic sound.
"Transmissions from the Bunker” is the remaining documentation of this
transgression of the veil: post-nuclear drone, swirling psycho tropic
sound collage, grinding industrial noise-scapes, and lost voices from
the depths; as if Throbbing Gristle had come of age listening to crap
80’s pop, playing Atari and watching after-school specials. Present for
this manifestation of TSR were Norm Scott (bass guitar, sequencing,
sample drops, and spoken word) and Sherwin Jones (turntables, tape
recorders, casio-keyboards, echo box and drum machine)
